GOVERNORS
The Governing Body plays an important part in running the school and is involved in the School’s Self Evaluation process as well as the School Development Plan. The committees oversee - strategic planning, communications, health, safety and premises, finance and curriculum.
The committees meet at least once per term with the full Governing Body meeting twice a term. They monitor progress to ensure that high standards are sought as well as look at particular aspects of the running of the school in order to address the issues put forward in the 2003, “Every Child Matters: Change for Children”:-

•Achieving Economic Well-being
A School Profile is prepared and published annually.
