STAFF

As well as the Headteacher and Deputy Head there are three full-time and two part-time members of the teaching staff. 

The Headteacher has overall responsibility for the successful running of the school and is responsible to the Governing Body.

In addition to their class teaching responsibilities the teachers share responsibilities for co-ordinating across the school the teaching of the core areas of the National Curriculum (Literacy, Numeracy, ICT and Science), the Foundation subjects (Design Technology, History, Geography, Art, Music, PE and PSE) and Religious Education. This is to ensure careful planning and continuity across the two Key Stages (Key Stages 1 and 2).
