WELCOME TO CASTLE CAMPS OUT OF SCHOOL CLUB
The Club is open during school term dates:
Times: 8.00am to 8.50am & 3.15pm to 6.00pm
The Club is open to children attending Castle Camps School and siblings attending Pre-School or Linton Village College. It is available for pupils to use either as a one off session or regular attendance, as required.
It is organised by the play leader and staff and is responsible to a committee.
The committee consists of the Head Teacher of the Primary School, parents of children attending the Club and members of the staff from the Club.
The Club is run from a mobile classroom, within the school grounds.

FOOD
Breakfast is provided for children arriving at 8.00am, consisting of Toast &/or cereal and a hot or cold drink.
After school at 3.15pm: a healthy snack (usually fruit)
At 5.00pm: a cooked tea

Monday Pizza & chips
Tuesday Sausages & mashed potatoes
Wednesday Chicken burger or fish fingers & croquette potatoes
Thursday Pasta/spaghetti bolognese
Friday Favourites
All served with fresh vegetables, as required
Hot or cold drinks are always available, as required
DELIVERY and COLECTION of CHILDREN
Mornings
Younger children are escorted to their classrooms by a member of staff and older children join their friends in the playground.
Afternoons
Younger children are collected from their classrooms. Older children make their own way over to the mobile. Children must be collected in the evening by an authorised person.
MEDICATION
The club will administer prescribed medication providing a medication form is completed.

COMPLAINTS
If any problems or complaints arise, parents should first discuss the issue with the play leader.
If the matter is not satisfactorily resolved, the complaint should be put in writing to the management committee.
