Headteacher's Welcome

I am delighted to welcome you to Castle Camps Church of England Primary School – a school that offers an excellent all-round education and a fantastic start in life for children aged 3 to 11 years. 

We are a happy, friendly, family-orientated school where children have the space and opportunity to grow with confidence. Our school is small enough for us to know every child individually, and for us to encourage each and every pupil in our care to develop a love of learning that will be lasting.

Everything we do in school is grounded in our vision and aims and we actively live out our school values of wisdom, hope, love, community, courage and respect. Staff and pupils nurture and care for each other and show kindness and friendship in abundance: the ethos that underpins the very nature of this school. This ethos allows children to develop as growth mindset learners, not afraid to try something challenging or adventurous whether in or out of the classroom. I am very proud that at the end of their Castle Camps journey, our leavers move on to their chosen senior schools as inquisitive and independent learners, confident and curious, and ready for the next stage of their education.
